I am a Work and Organizational Psychologist with a PhD’s degree in Occupational Medicine
and Industrial Hygiene.
I work as a private psychologist and I accept referrals from doctors.
My specialities include the treatment of trauma, work-related stress, workplace bullying, anxiety, depression, psychological wellbeing and the psychological challenges related to living in a foreign country.
I am an EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapist specializing in helping individuals process and heal from trauma, panic attacks, anxiety, depression, anxiety and grief. Using an evidence-based, structured approach, I guide patients through the EMDR protocol, which is designed to alleviate distressing memories and associated symptoms.
I specialize in addressing academic stress and bullying. One of my most recent projects focused on developing comprehensive interventions to mitigate the impact of these issues on Ph.D. students.
